  1. You need 3 cups of uncooked Jasmine rice (use the cup from rice cooker).
  2. You need 600 ml of water (as much as needed by the rice cooker).
  3. You need 300 gr of boneless chicken thigh, cubed.
  4. Prepare 3 of lap cheong (chinese sausage), sliced.
  5. You need 5 of garlic cloves, minced.
  6. You need 2 cm of ginger, minced.

  8. You need 2-3 tbs of light soy sauce (to taste).

  10. You need 2 tsp of sesame oil.

Add in fried sausages, mushrooms, dried prawns and ginger and spread evenly. Turn on Philips Pressure Cooker and set to Bake mode for Chicken. Put some sesame oil and stir-fry the sliced ginger until fragrant. Combine rice and Chinese sausage in a rice cooker and hit the 'cook' button.

  9. Close the lid of the rice cooker. Make sure the button "COOK" is on..
  10. After the rice is cooked, sprinkle with green onion..

Add the rice and broth to the rice cooker. Add the sauteed vegetables and sausage, along with the chicken. Stir in the seasoning and pepper and mix well. This One Pot Chinese Chicken and Rice starts off with a simple Asian chicken marinade that doubles as the sauce to flavour the rice. The Sauce-Marinade is made with just soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine (see recipe for subs), Oyster Sauce and pepper.
