- It’s of Yam.
- It’s of Egusi.
- Prepare of Spinach.
- You need of Dried fish.
- You need of Boiled meat.
- It’s Cube of seasoning.

Pounded Yam instructions
- For the pounded yam; boil yam and pound.
- For the soup; heat palm oil in a pot and add grinded pepper then stir fry.
- Add the chopped onion to the egusi,mix with water to form a paste,pour the egusi paste into the frying pepper and fry together.
- Add dried fish and the boiled meat, cube seasoning and salt to taste,add some water (not much)and allow to boil.
