Mix all the ingredients well and add one tablespoon cooking oil. Again mix well and our stuffing for Bharva Baingan Aloo is ready. Fill the stuffing in the slit baingan. You can even use small baby.

  1. Heat oil and deep fry all vegetables..
  2. Now take a pan add oil, add tomato puree and cooked till raw aroma goes out,add all spices mix well add fried vegetables..
  3. Sabji is ready and serve it..
